amazing views, fine architecture, excellent spa facilities
Cleaning standards require significant improvement!!! Poor communication among staff can lead to confusion and delayed service. The loudness in rooms due to paper-thin walls disrupts the peaceful experience you'd expect from a resort!!!

Amazing views and comfy stay!
Spent 3 nights in a fab spot with fine mountain views. Rooms were huge and had all the tech, like auto curtains and lots of plugs. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The spa was a major highlight! Too bad the restaurant was a bit pricey and could be better for what you get.

Thoroughly enjoyed rich and large breakfasts, and clean hotel.
Excellent service, though a few employees were extremely unhelpful. The pool area was heated and the location was stunning and amazing, adjacent to a hill with a beautiful view of the city center to the west and restaurant and the center of the town.

Thoroughly enjoyed rich and large breakfasts, and clean hotel.
The pool was heated and I had complimentary drinks in the lobby bar. The location turned out to be stunning and amazing, right by wonderful forest and enjoyable trails as well as the Beagle Channel and the city of Ushuaia.

Where it excels and where it fails
Fine views of mountains and really good dining,, as do the well-maintained spa facilities. The hiking trails surrounding the hotel add an adventurous touch!
Service efficiency needs attention. Long waits for basic requests can detract from the experience. The hot temperatures in the room hamper restful sleep, impacting overall comfort.

Amazing Views with Room for Improvement
The fine vistas of the Beagle Channel. Service was attentive, though the dining options left much to be desired-particularly for vegetarians. For a better meal experience, I'd suggest venturing into town. The room was comfortable and peaceful, perfect for a solo retreat.

Perfect for a group escape
The infinity pool was a game changer! Relaxing after a long day, especially with that view. Plus, breakfast was amazing, omlettes made to order are hard to beat!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but overall still acceptable given the experience.
